I'm big into research and Mark's advice is the best I've found. Though I'm not a Client of Mark's or West Wales Spas 'YET' - I do hope to become one soon. :-) Where I feel Mark's Hot Tub advice differs to that I've seen so far... he offers integrity and explains why he doesn't sell anything inferior to his own Hot Spas and Hot Tubs. Not wishing to sound 'salesy' but in short I now understand that West Wales Spas products have higher insulation value hence lower running costs than most. And that, longer lasting quality parts means longer warranty and little Spa repair costs in future for me. Other than that, I heard Mark explain to new customers why they didn't need to spend the extra £7,000 on footings/foundations for their new Hot Spa / Hot Tub contrary to what a 'Windows Firm' advised. I think Mark's definitely worth speaking with at least. As upon my advice he now offers a free onsite visit/survey in order to educate you on what's needed to fit a Hot Spa / Hot Tub at your property. I hope this has helped you somehow, oh PS.I learnt from Mark & other visitors whilst there that the Winter months are amongst the best for Hot Tub usage, very surprised.
