Wenlock Surgery luton

Rubbish gp. Staff super super rude specially the receptionists went to join the gp three months later they say they can’t because they’re missing some information. Not only extremely rude they don’t know how to do their job. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worse place ever definitely need new staff more professional and know how to do their job and stop screaming at their patient over the phone when they are wrong.

The worse surgery ever, doctor didnt even listen to why I came, shouted at me when it was receptionist who made mistake and then told me my appointment was over. What a joke.

Rude receptionist, she said I have to wait a month to get sign up as a patient. Unless I can use different places if I don’t like here. Plus I was 15 min for waiting call. Not recommended at all!

He tries to get rid of you in 5min. I have serious pain caused by sciatica and he refuses to refer to a specialist. He promised a letter for a physician appointment, 2 months ago. Nothing. Excuse me but he is not a dr. The nurse and the lady at the reception are amazing ladies. I felt humiliated at his appointment.

I have never met a worse doctor in my life! I am trying to find help for my daughter, when I wanted to explain what was happening to her, he started shouting at me on the phone and did not make a word. then, in the middle of a word, he hung up the conversation. I parted alone with a sick child who requires treatment. Additionally, he said that the system is more important than my child's health! Terrible man!

Plz plz save yourself and your family from this jungle surgery doctor is a complete cartoon even the receptionist is alien very rude they don’t know what to do at all I can’t imagine how nhs can let this surgery still operating so plz save your time and live stay blessed

Have been to this Docter for many years always takes time during appointment to explain things and happy to refer to specialist care if needed. Would be good if was easier to get an appointment but I understand is a busy 1 doctor practice

i wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone. i have been trying to get an appointment for the last teo days. i have been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes morning and afternoon just to be told there isnt no appointments available. no help whatsoever. lack of care towards patients and lack of duty..

Dr Saleh and the team are simply the best medical professionals anybody could wish for. My family are in the 3rd generation of patients of the Surgery and would never change. They always go over and beyond in providing care. They always follow up and are always the most delightful people to ever deal with.
