Complete Rip-off and trick people by quoting "he will do the best job" but than problems one after the other. Replaces the expensive parts as guess work and pockets the commission. Avoid at any cost!!! Extremely rude and poor conduct. Will not recommend anyone even if he offers free Job because he will damage some other part deliberately.

I had my car repaired at Wembley Motors and was very impressed by the great service and communications from the team.

Called up to ask about price of MOT. Was told the price is £54. I commented that it was quite high. His reply was that its the government fee and if others are charging less they are not doing a proper MOT. I said that's the maximum allowed. His reply, astonishingly, was that it is a standard fee set by the government, not the maximum. I said I am sorry but you're wrong its the maximum allowed. His reply to cut off the phone. For someone that cannot be honest on a simple thing like fees suggests I would not trust this place with anytihng else, let alone my MOT. If you have been misquoted information or given misleading information or if you are a business charging say £45 for a MOT, I don't think you believe you are doing a poor service and a shoddy MOT. This is unacceptable for a business to give misleading basic information on fees.

Top quality repair to my 911, good as main dealer but almost half the price. Don't go elsewhere unless you like to pay way more than necessary
