First and last appointment I’ll make here. Booked a massage and facial through Treatwell and pre-paid. First off, my massage with Louise was wonderful. Such a lovely, friendly, professional therapist and a lovely relaxing massage with the perfect amount of pressure. Unfortunately things went downhill after that when Michelle who I booked for a facial didn’t turn up to the appointment and never even called to apologise in the subsequent days. I then had to try to get my money refunded by Treatwell without being able to contact the unresponsive salon owner to confirm to Treatwell that the facial didn’t take place. Not a great experience and highly unprofessional.

I have fibromyalgia and I've had several infrared saunas and have loved them all. They help with pain management and give you a good feeling inside, just like the Ready Brek advert. I had my first visit today with my daughter and my friend who also has Fibro. We were given a warm welcome by Andy who gave us some medical forms to check it was safe to have the sauna. We were taken to a room where the sauna is. Andy explained about the sauna and if at any time we felt unwell we should leave the sauna. Armed with big bottles of water we entered. The time flew by. After getting ready for the outside world I felt a comforting internal warmth inside me. I also felt very calm which was also excellent. After paying our bill my purse also felt happy because it had not been cleared out. The prices seem to be reasonable. There is a wide range of other treatments available, so call them and find some inner happiness that doesn't break the bank. Give them a try your body will thank you.

I would rate no stars if I could. Most unprofessional service I have ever had. Never answer the phone and I mean for days, I sent my daughter for a treatment and she was spoken to rudely and declined the treatment for being 5 mins late. Treatment was paid for online I get the impression once they have your money they don’t care. DONT BOOK HERE !
