Had an appointment on Friday at 12pm . Arrived 5 minutes early and the place was locked up . I went there from a recommendation. Popped over the road for a coffee called them to let know and left a message . Returned 20 mins later still all locked up . Called again no answer . Waited til 12.45 without even a courtesy message to say no would be arriving ! Not sure what sort of business they are running but extremely unprofessional behaviour. I understand things come up but not one the stylists messaged me to say don’t waste an hour of your time .

Brilliant service, would highly recommend. Booked to have half leg wax, it was last minute and they managed to fit me in, then I was an absolute pain and changed the time of the appointment the day before, nothing was too much trouble. Had a lovely girl Heidi see to me, she was very friendly and professional, she did an excellent job

Ive been here twice and both times a great service. Once for a blow dry and wand curls. Done in a timely manner lovely results the only stipulation was that the curls fell out very quickly. The second time I came I had Russian lashes and I can't express how amazing these are! I got them done for my holidays and 6 weeks later I still have lashes left. Extremely comfortable and hard wearing. I did multiple scuba dives and was impressed how well they have lasted. Although a little on the expensive side so won't be getting on a regular basis but great for something like a holiday! After my second visit I received a voucher for a £10 blow dry which I thought was a nice touch. Lovely salon, professional service and friendly staff!
