Extremely professional doctors. Wonderful staff who always go the extra mile. A pleasure to visit and always feel confident and extremely well looked after My family have been patients for many years and we havet never had the need to moan or complaint. Absolutely awful trying to get through to the surgery, they tell you to call at 8 in morning when I do they allways engaged and when I do get through their no appointment left. They take so long picking up the phone ,they say for emergency appintappoi call at 1 sane again take so long to pic up call then when they do their no appointments left very bad system

Some staff are helpful, however majority are awful. A simple repeat presciption will be a difficult procedure at this medical center. Really really bad service, if i had a chose i would rather die, asking this medical center i think they would cut you off happened to me.

I am very happy from the Doctors and all staff they are very good and professionals with excellent service. I don't think so that I will change to another GP
