Extremely professional doctors. Wonderful staff who always go the extra mile. A pleasure to visit and always feel confident and extremely well looked after My family have been patients for many years and we havet never had the need to moan or complaint. In fact we are extremely pleased to be patients. Thank you to everyone

Absolutely awful trying to get through to the surgery, they tell you to call at 8 in morning when I do they allways engaged and when I do get through their no appointment left. They take so long picking up the phone ,they say for emergency appintappoi call at 1 sane again take so long to pic up call then when they do their no appointments left very bad system

Some staff are helpful, however majority are awful. A simple repeat presciption will be a difficult procedure at this medical center. Really really bad service, if i had a chose i would rather die, asking this medical center i think they would cut you off happened to me.

My observation Staff is helpful. As surgery maintain the standards Fairness, friendly Listening. I will stay registered here for many years. Try it for yourself.

I am very happy from the Doctors and all staff they are very good and professionals with excellent service. I don't think so that I will change to another GP

Dr HT ( Dr hashemzi) is an amazing asset to waterside medical centre. Dr HT was non judgemental and listened to me with an open mind. Just being kind and listening makes a huge difference when it comes to patient care.. Was straight to the point and Put a plan in place and said he said he will review me in a few weeks. Really professional and to the point but at the same time Genuinely seemed to care and was really knowdgeable. Thank you so much as you have made a difference and I can not recommend Dr HT enough. Just what the surgery needed. Thank you! P.s sukh the receptionist is also great

No staff answer phone calls. Call ringing for more than 20 minutes. Very poor service

Terrible all round, never had a good experience. No other GP options in my area
