Probably the best and friendliest buying experience I have ever recieved. The customer service was impeccable, the staff where professional and their welcoming demeanor was exemplary. I don't understand how anyone could have a negative thought about this place or the staff. I recommend this shop to all and if I could give 10 stars I would! I purchased my first rolex from here and they made it a truly unique and unforgettable experience and I am very grateful.

I’m not a big fan of writing reviews unless something is exceptional and that is exactly what I got from Tom and the team. He was polite, engaging and very welcoming from the get go. I entered the shop and wasn’t hassled, was offered a coffee and he even acknowledged my wife and baby and offered the staff facilities should we need to change the baby at any point. He had no idea what I wanted and his knowledge of all the products and the fact he treated me the same as if I was getting an entry level tag or a Rolex made me feel valued. We couldn’t secure the deal that day so I popped back a week later and in the mean time he called me with updates and offered to help sort things so I didn’t have to and even remember how I liked my coffee when I did manage to come back and collect my watch. Great customer service and impeccable experience. You should feel very proud

We went to the shop three times in the process of purchasing my watch, dealing with four different members of the team. The service was of the same excellent standard throughout. If you are one of those that understand how an overpriced piece of shiny metal and stones will add value to your person then this is the right place for you. You will be treated like royalty by John and his drooling companions who will show you through some of the technological marvels of the 19th century. They may not be quite as accurate as a £10 Casio or even remotely as functional as a £200 smartwatch but this wonderful obsolete technology of springs and cogs is still worth spending a small fortune. You can buy watches that have been to the moon and back, down the darkest depths of the sea, featured in movies and worn by celebrities. The store is a portal to such dimensions of amazement and John & Co are the gate keepers that will let you in for a mere fee of a few thousand £. What a fu..ing privilege..

I picked up one of my first watches today from watches of Switzerland. Found them incredibly helpful. The gentleman called Mo. Took his time to explain all the different watches Was very helpful. Felt the service was 10 out of 10 couldn’t recommend them anymore :)
