After searching far and wide for a present without any success, I was told by a friend that Gold Arts was the place to go. They did not disappoint. The people working there were really friendly and listened to what I wanted and gave me really good advice. I will defiantly be going back there again!

I spent along time round the lanes, trying to find the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé, i went to quite a few of the jewellers in the area, some where brilliant, others not so brilliant, but i spent longest in Gold Arts, and they where fantastic, showed me quite a few different rings they had in stock, and there was plenty to choose from! But i had a particular design in mind, along with a particular diamond and certificate. So they showed me a few of the loose diamonds and the diamonds already mounted in the windows, and i saw the perfect stone a GIA certificated loose stone, they then showed me a few mounts and i went for a platinum four claw (been doing my research). So i paid my deposit and waited for the phone call, they said they where quite busy and it might take a while, but two days later i had a call and the ring sorted. A quick and very pleasant transaction.

My partner and I were in Brighton seeing some friends so decided to have a look at the rings as we are getting married next year. We tried a few places in the Lanes but nothing jumped out at us until we visited Newman’s. Louise was amazing from start to finish. She made us feel at ease and let us try on lots of different rings. We were able to go away and think about it and as we didn’t live locally she took the time to do all our measurements so if we did decide to go ahead all we had to do was phone up. The whole process was seamless. Our rings have arrived this morning and we love them so much. Thank you so much Louise! Would highly recommend this place.

Exceptional service and customer care from Louise who went the extra mile in helping us to find a new wedding ring to celebrate our 5Oth anniversary. Her understanding of our requirements and knowledge of her stock enabled her to suggest an elegant solution which was inspired. We are delighted we found you. Best wishes. Sally and Mike

A lovely shop with a huge range of designs and friendly, helpful staff. We had bought a set of rings and they were incredibly helpful when I lost a stone out of one ring. They went over and above with their customer service to replace the stone and return it to me quickly as I was going away. Highly recommend and will always go to them first for both future purchases and cleaning/repairs.

Visited my favourite jeweller today...Fabulous service as always and more Trollbeads added to my collection. Thank you for being so helpful Jackie, will visit again soon. This is definitely the jewellers to visit when you need to buy any jewellery. Liz and Jackie are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of jewellery whether it is Trollbeads, watches, rings... I would not dream of shopping elsewhere for gold, silver or sparkly things. Easily accessible too, right in the middle of the lanes or a short walk from the seafront or main shopping precinct. Absolutely love this jewellers, always come down from London to do my shopping here.
