Very impressed with my visit today, quite a good selection of fruit and veg not wrapped in plastic and the lady at the cheese counter was more than happy to wrap my cheese in paper. A very good selection of eco friendly cleaning products too. Excited to see the scoop product selections rolled out to this store hopefully.

We went there for the cafe. The cafe was extremely cold (possibly unheated?), and had no option for coeliacs. Although I do not believe that all people with complications are "owed a meal", in this day and age in this country it is extremely unusual not to have a single gluten free option. They even managed to get gluten into the wild rice dish, which is clever.

The shop is brilliant however the cafe is diabolical, don't waste your time or money in there.

Had some flowers delivered for Valentine's yesterday. Very disappointed as roses were dry and definitely not fresh. Service not worth the price. Will not order ever again.

I'm absolutely amazed at how well my local store ( Keynsham) has coped with this uncertain time. All of the staff have all been so helpful throughout so far, and me and my husband have always felt safe whilst shopping etc. A huge " well done" to everyone, and we would just like to say " Thankyou to you all"! What a team. Regarding the food etc, well, you pay for what you get, and it's excellent value, there's always plenty of choice, and packaging is excellent, as always well sealed and looks attractive. Very unimpressed with the gentleman in the door, I took a trolley and then changed my mind so brought the trolley back to the front door then went to pick up a basket. The dirty look I got from the gentleman at the door made me feel so uncomfortable I abandoned the shop and went back to the car, if that is friendly service my uncles the pope.
