5/ 5

Went to the station to request a refund and cancel a booking which was no longer needed at the last moment. The fellow who served us, Don, was very friendly and helpful, and the process was a lot easier than I had anticipated. Very happy!

4/ 5

Waiting room opens one hour before the boarding time. It has drinking water outside. In the waiting room, it has venting machine, power points, clean toilets. It's quite comfortable to wait for a late night train. The staff are friendly and responsible. The only problem is the Melbourne train we were waiting for was 1 hour and 20 minutes behind the schedule. There's no 24 hours shops in Wagga.
