Wonderful to be back in this fab facility. Welcoming staff, pristine compliant procedures and enthusiastic team. Julie very helpful and supportive - can't wait to get back to her aquarobics class. Just need a little bit more enthusiasm after such a long break.

Have been a member of Volair since 2013 and lately, it seems to have lost a lot of what attracted me to the place in the first place. The classes have been cut and the changing rooms are still unavailable, despite the removal of all covid restrictions. I understand that some changes are necessary, but to have a reduction in the number of low impact classes (I have a health condition) and nowhere to change (unless you count the disable toilet (which I find unacceptable) and still be charged £29 per month is not good enough!

Very impressed with the design, facilities and maintenance. The staff are very helpful and well trained.i joined my wife today, terrific value for OAP's. The young lady on reception was a credit to the organisation. She has a friendly greeting when you arrive and dealt with our membership proficiently multitasking with various queries from other people. What an asset.

The entrance area is great, lots of comfy seats and soft play for the kids. Swimming pool is 2 meters at the deep end. Highly recommended!

Nice little town with qwirky bars and restaurants.A new Shakespearean Theater opening soon which will be great. All Independent business somethingba bit different here.
