The lovely staff were very helpful in finding us accommodation at a busy time of the year.We were very stressed from jetlag, and the gave us great suggestions and assisted us to search and find suitable links to ferries. The Management should be proud to have such great representatives who give a worthwhile service with grace, patience and good humour ..well done and many thanks

4/ 5

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The office is, however, situated next to the Caird Hall in the centre of the city. I have a suspicion that most visitors might not go looking that far. It could do with a better position, eg in the brand new train station, where there is nothing in the way of tourist advice about the area. The new V&A and Discovery are just across the road from the station and possibly most visitors don't go any further than that. There is much of interest to see in Dundee apart from this. Come on, VisitScotland, get a grip!
