As an inexperienced gym user I was quite nervous about my initial visit but was put at ease by the manager Ceri who was an absolute delight. Friendly, professional and efficient. I was shocked to learn she is the new manager and has just started working there as she appeared so confident and comfortable. She showed me around and nothing was too much trouble.Really enjoyed my session. Highly recommend .

My wife has been trying to cancel her membership through lockdown as she piciked up COVID19 and following this it has flared up a shoulder injury which means both shoulders are out of action - we are now getting debt collection messages with no one bothering to call thru and when trying to call both the Solihull Gym and the 0800 membership number NO ONE picks up - non professional organisation who seem to have their head buried in the sand re: COVID19 and how members have been impacted! Would not recommend....

Definitely the best gym I've ever been going to! Lots of equipment available, cycling classes, zumba, yoga, basically anything you can think about it there. Also, there is a large swimming pool available with spa pool, steam room and sauna as well. It's a full workout venue allowing everyone to find something for themselves. Highly recommend!
