Excellent and unique gym. The clinical excellence and expertise that underpins the concept makes this a totally different experience to your run-of-the-mill gym. Highly recommended

Recently joined here within the last month. If you are a gym newbie I would definitely recommend. Staff are lovely and attentive. I had a lovely chat with a staff member who had curly hair, he was very warm and welcoming too.

This excellent gym focuses on fitness but health and longevity very much too. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and no mirrors make a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and one you want to build into your week. The initial tests of your current health and fitness are enormously helpful for goal setting as well as being of just general interest. Nutritional as well as fitness advice and a rotation of exercises on the machines, around every six sessions, means you do feel steady improvements and progress, which continues to motivate you and it is all done for you electronically. No one taking selfies here and it's a refreshingly broad range of ages amongst the members. The infrared sauna is excellent. The future of gyms!
