My experience is a variation on "Le Patron -il mange ici" - i am not a dentist at Vermilion, but i am a dentist who refers patients to Will. So now i know what our patients experience - a fantastic service. Careful, calming, pain-free treatment in a safe pair of hands."

Didn't complete the root canal treatment at first appointment. When I experienced an abscess 36 hours later, they told me I'd have to wait 5 days till my dentist was in again. Not a trace of concern for my distress and pain. My referring dentist saw me within 2 hours and dealt with the abscess. Vermilion promised to pass my treatment notes to my previous specialist dentist. Three weeks later we are still waiting. I would recommend avoiding this practice at all costs. (And their costs are certainly high!)

Excellent service received. After being told I'd have a 12 week wait to have a problematic wisdom tooth removed by the NHS I contacted Vermillion and had an appointment the next week. Craig was excellent, put me completely at ease and has given first class aftercare. Highly recommended.

friendly staff and great service

Great service as always. Visited Vermilion for a hygiene visit and also teeth whitening. All staff were fantastic, made me feel really at ease and relaxed at what can sometimes be a nerve wracking experience. Both treatments were excellent and I’m delighted with the results. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit.

Really good service. It’s not often you can say you enjoy a visit to the dentist however all staff here make the experience that much easier. Excellent.

I feel disappointed and ripped off after my visit to a Vermilion hygienist today. The hygienist (Michaela) was very heavy handed & several times, while using an electronic scaler, it felt as though she had hit a nerve & it made me jump. On the 3rd or 4th occasion that this happened she mumbled under her breath, put the scaler down in what sound like an angry thud, grabbed a manual scaler & started scraping at my teeth in a heavy handed way. Nothing was ever explained to me during the whole process unless I asked and any questions I did ask were answered in an abrupt, irritable fashion. At £100 a clean I thought I would leave feeling good but instead I feel disappointed and ripped off. I won't be repeating the experience.

Got lower implants which went perfectly. Then came the actual teeth! 1rst a front tooth broke within 2 weeks and I was told a “repair” would take 4-5 days! Not acceptable. Also teeth not of the quality I was led to believe and vermillion don’t seem to have a problem ignoring me or fobbing me off! Going to general dental complaints next £8000 is a lot of money to want to hide your teeth!
