Venetian Nails & Spa – Derby

I had an appointment at 2 with my daughter and sister, we were seated at 2:45. We asked for the #5 which comes with callous removal, essential oil scrub and hot stones. The massage was ok and the callous removal was ok, felt really rushed and they could have scrubbed a little better but over all that part was fine. However the clipping and filing was awful, the nails aren’t the same shape and they were not clipped short like I asked. My sister didn’t even have hers clipped or filed and the cuticle was not taken off or cleaned up. Then comes the paint..... my sister asked for regular polish in white, the lady painted them but did a horrible job! It is uneven and missing in places. We came home and I had to file them. Back to my polish.... I asked for shellac in a pearl white color. They had about 6 colors of white on the examples. She kept saying she didn’t have a shimmery white. I asked what all the white colors on the examples were and she clearly got annoyed. Another lady came over and showed me what colors would achieve what I wanted after I showed a picture. My lady was even more annoyed that someone else was able to help me. Her painting skills were pretty awful as well. Not going back there. I have given this place about 5 chances and I leave unhappy every time.

Old school, took 2 hours for a set of nails. I didn't get any extra design because she took so long. French tip one color 45$ I will not go back! Also At&t phone service doesn't work inside their salon..🤔 But on the other hand they were real nice... 😁 So if thats all your looking for,, then you do you 😉

The service was great, staff nice. Only thing is that polish started coming off the next day. The picture is a week after the pedicure.

I don't recommend this place. They'll overcharge you.
