First time back after the lockdown due to Covid19. Felt very safe and well looked after. Actually preferred the allocated cabin and private hot tub time! Afternoon Tea an absolute delight as always and the full body massage was so good I'm still feeling fab two days later. Loved it so much, already booked in again. Thank you all at Owl House!

We really enjoyed our time at the Owl House day spa. The customer service was great and overall, really good value for money. We loved the hot tub and the treatments. The only thing to improve would be that you were able to order your food - within our offer it was soup and sandwiches but we weren’t asked about any dietary requirements or what our preferred soup flavour or sandwich fillings were. Overall, lovely day and felt Covid-safe. Thank you!

Really well set up, with everyone having their own little cabin to relax in their bubbles. Afternoon tea was AMAZING! It's not often as a vegan you get to eat pretty much the same as everyone else. But I did and I LOVED it. My full body massage was insanely good, probably the best I've ever had and sorted out the knots in my back. (Vicki was my therapist so please give her a raise! :-D) I was very pleased with every aspect of my spa trip, everything was clean, hand sanitiser everywhere and you felt safe too. Will definitely be booking a return visit before the end of the year. Thank you.
