I have bought at least six pairs of footwear and a belt + 5 or so shoe polish.Products do not last and the belt was garbage to begin with and fell apart in no time.My duck boots wore holes in both boots after not much wear.The elastic laces with plastic adjusters on my sandals broke after not much wear and all three of my pairs of Chelsea boots wore out in the soles after not long.Never again.I have found much much higher quality vegan footwear and belts elsewhere.Truth Belts,for example,sells the nicest and strongest belt I have ever had.Nice Shoes sells better quality shoes.

Low quality product, unprofessional unhelpful customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Bought a pair of Chelsea boots, been wearing them very lightly for the past 5 months, the side of the shoe is literally coming off, this happened literally after 4 months or less, at that point they promised to exchange or refund if it gets worst, which it did after less than a month! Now they refuse to refund or exchange, saying this is part of the design!!! Sure! Do not purchase from them, waste of money!

product was very low quality - the soles fell off my brick shoes after ~3 months of light wear - however I did get a full refund. I was told that my problems were specific to this design, but they're still selling this low quality design on their website for £75.

I am not a Vegeterian, Vegan or anything of the sort but I do like the products and ethos of this business. In particular I was impressed by the recycling of materials which are used in the manufacturing of the shoes. The shoe quality is excellent but a bit over priced. The shop service and staff friendliness were excellent.

I bought fantastic hemp shoes from them online. The parcel turned up very fast in Brussels, Belgium. Shoes perfectly fits, they look great (and of course they are vegan). Very happy with the purchase!

An OG vegan business that makes great quality shoes. I bought some boots from them online that were slightly too small, and I never got around to returning them. A year and a half later I visited Brighton and they agreed to trade them in even though they were way past the return window. They even insisted on refunding me the difference in price between the boots I was returning and the pair I traded them in for.

Lovely shoes (Bush Boot). Exceptional quality and very comfortable. Excellent customer service, were incredibly helpful when size ordered were too small. Sent out bigger size immediately. Will recommend to friends/family. Also, really impressed with packaging - all paper 👍💚
