Had a facial here in 2014. I was not informed of the cost of the facial, nor the products I bought.

Had a facial here in 2014. I was not informed of the cost of the facial, nor the products I bought. The young girl that did it was pushy and quite patronising, and the facial was not anything special - there was no visible difference afterwards and I was certainly not relaxed after getting what felt like a telling off! They also keep your deposit for the first facial as security for the second! Quite cheeky imo. I cancelled the future appointment and got a refund. Not a very professional salon.

I have very stiff shoulders caused by sitting at my desk for long periods and Becky does a brilliant job of massaging out the knots - I feel so much better and thoroughly relaxed after a visit to Utopia.
