Went in and got rah attitude styll

The lady who did my treatment was very nice and kept communicating with me throughout. It was my first time doing a Hollywood wax and I will be sticking with this salon and maintaining my treatment as it was done very quick and to a high standard.

I had a brilliant treatment the lady was so nice this was my first time having a Brazilian wax and it went amazing due to her service I will definitely be back again.

Amazing from start to finish! Fast, professional and easy to talk to! Very clean and private with really reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!

Have been looking for somewhere to get my regular waxing done as like to keep to one place. Booked in for a full body wax, the beauty therapist Preet was friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. We chatted through out my treatment which was nice. She was very professional, and suggested what type of wax was best for me. The treatment was quick but it certainly didn’t feel rushed. After I was asked if I also wanted my eyebrows threaded, I’ve only had my eyebrows done twice professionally so I ended up having my eyebrows done too which were done how I like it, so I will definitely be coming back to have my waxing done and eyebrow threading with preet. she was amazing.

So very disappointed with my last visit to the salon I’ve been going to hemaxi for years so was a little disappointed with the last service I received. I managed to get a last minute appointment thankfully I was the only customer the salon. I think it was the manager and a trainee that was there and the trainee was doing my waxing. Unfortunately this is where it all went downhill. The trainee was very inexperienced and the manager was watching over her, so not only were there two people watching over me in this tiny room but the trainee was not very good. I had my underarm and a Hollywood wax done and I can tell you was the most pain I have ever felt in my life. I have had waxes for the last 20 years and I have not felt pain like this. The trainee was so bad that I felt like she was ripping off skin in fact a couple of days later the whole area scabbed over where she had pulled off skin. Eventually the manager took over and finished job but the damage is already done. I’ve been using hemaxi for years and have overall found them good however if they recommend you use a trainee please do not because they are not trained properly.

Called for an appointment and was seen 40 mins later.. lovely ladies.. Great service.. the only thing I would say is the treatment rooms need to be a bit bigger... fine for the client but the ladies haven't much room to get around and have to lean over but I would definitely use them again... thank you Hemaxi

I had Zoya for my treatment she so so lovely, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Have booked her again for my next appointment. Definitely recommend her 5* service!!

Nice people, nice shop takes time with hair and does a good job

I didn’t even get to the salon and I had a bad experience. I’ve seen previous reviews about a man behind the till and I think my experience was with that same man. I rang up to book a hair cut with my fabyoulessapp (this app gives you 25% of) the man I was on the phone to said that, that specific branch did not do it. On the app all of the Hexami beauty stores had that discount. So I told him that it is on the app and he replied with it shouldn’t be and then he said that you can only do certain treatments and hair was not on that list of discounts. Which we cut the phone and I checked and rang them back. The man said it shouldn’t be on there and basically blamed it on the fabulyouless app and said he would get in contact with them. I decided to take matters into my own hands and email fabyouless myself they called the salon and the salon confirmed that the discount included hair to. So that man had blatantly lied to me and I really don’t think it was just a misunderstanding because first he said the store shouldn’t be on there and then he said the hair treatment isn’t included. Is your store on there or not?
