I used another email and name to register. The name shown on this website is my preferred name. The doctor I saw gave me the bad experience, and I feel angry about this. I feel unwell for several weeks, many illnesses happen at the same time, and I cannot still tolerate. But unfortunately, I look very healthy in the day time, and the doctor did some check for me and found there is nothing unnormal. Thus, the doctor said I am well, and there is no problem. However, if I have no problem and feel well, why I went to see the doctor? I said I really feel unwell at midnight and the doctor said it is a normal situation and I need to tolerate for it.... I have already tolerated several weeks.... I said, "it is very annoying." And the doctor replied, "life is annoying." Because these illnesses are very annoying, so I think there is no problem that I would like to fix it. Thus, why I need to tolerate the sickness that seems "not serious"? It seems pretty ridiculous that I feel pretty pretty unwell, but I seem healthy, and the doctor cannot find there exist unnormal situation on me, then what only thing I can do is tolerate it. And also, the doctor said she could not find my problem, and she also cannot give me the medicine and told me I need to do exercise. I am sorry I haven't left a review before because I feel sad and angry at that time, very irritable. I don't want to hurt people through my diction. I do not indicate the doctor's name; maybe she was trying to do what she can do. But I need some useful suggestion, even told me the other doctor who maybe can find my problem and heal my illness. I hope the doctor can give me useful suggestions, but ..... Thanks

Absolutely disgraceful and belittling attitude from reception staff. Although knowing doctors don’t deal directly with tooth pain, after being referred to a GP by a dentist to help with pain relief and being told nothing can be done for excruciating pain symptoms, not even prescriptions. Attitude from the reception staff over the phone was extremely rude and undermining of any pain I was experiencing. Disgusting behaviour and staff clearly need some training in customer service.

Been told by GP reception to register online when trying to register my kid who is only 1 year old for the first time at the GP. Left the GP and went home to register - online system says kid under 16 MUST be register in person! Waste of time!

The reception staff are fine, as are some of the GPs, but for a GP practice with a high student population, I’m shocked how many of the GPs are very bad when coming to helping students with mental health issues.
