Incredibly poor customer service

A dreadful car hire company, will never use them again. The whole system is geared to the company and what works for them, they have no interest in what the customer wants or needs. If you don’t fit their system then in their words ” that’s how it is”, so tough

Good vans but ours wasn't there initially and some service aspects need improving. Be aware that they have wierd sunday hours, require proof of address separately and take a deposit.
