Visited here for the first time for a cut, colour, blow dry and style. Absolutely loved it, and love the look of my hair. My stylist Lauren listed to exactly what I said and got the look I wanted perfect. So happy, will be visiting again in the future!

My current hair colour was in great need of a correction and I went to Twisted to seek help from the amazing Attiya. She was fantastic putting me at ease from my pre consultation, listening to my wails and suggesting what could be done as well as ensuring I had my patch test before any colour could be applied. I then arrived for my appointment today and am so pleased with the result. Attiya calmly set about adding foils to my dark areas, giving me a root touch up for my greys and finishing off with an all over tint and toner. I had my hair done from here and showed the hairdresser what color and cut I would like, I was told that I would probably need 3 visits to get the colour which I wanted so I was very happy with that said that's fine I would like to get what I wanted to get done She prepared me for my colour and she was going to give me balayage. So the bottom line is by the time she finished my colour and my hair I was happy at 1st was happy when I was there as I was getting late to pick my kids up from school I paid £190, when I got home and had a good look I was really really really disappointed as the colour it just looked as if it was big blotches of bleach in my hair and also I wanted layers in the front and they did not look like layers. I would not recommend.

I have been coming here for a long time now and I will keep coming back because the skills these girls have for highlights/balayage and hair styles are brilliant!
