Incredible experience start to finish with Leah! She perfectly matched my hair and worked with me to make sure I was happy with everything, every step of the way. I've put off getting extensions in years due to bad experiences and Leah has wiped all that away. Thank you so much!

I had a total salon nightmare and wanted to dye my hair from blonde back to brown and couldn’t get another salon appointment at short notice. I hadn’t left the house or worked in 2 days. I felt frantic. I went to Paul’s hair world and a member of staff (Sam from Manchester Arndale store) totally calmed me with her knowledge. She explained the process, selected the relevant products and then noted down step by step instructions for me and gave me confidence in my ability of fixing my hair myself. With her help, my hair is brown and natural looking. Sam was honestly the sunshine in my cloudy few days. THANKYOU! I can start living again (dramatic but accurate)

Iv had tape in extensions from other places and have always ended up coming loose and falling out. However since I have had them done from Paul’s Iv not had this issue at all! Brilliant customer care from Chelsea and co.

Great customer service got helped today buying my first Tiffany wig for our Abba themed night for work and the lady was very helpful and informative about the products I purchased in store at the Arndale Centre . Thank you lovely 😍 👌

The staff were amazing and so helpful. Matched our hair and gave us different price options and explained everything. I would definitely recommend, they couldn't do enough to help ! Even advised us to go away and think about the options. No pushy sales ..
