Came in few weeks ago to book a holiday, which we did. The young lady who served me was called Claire she was brilliant,very friendly, explained everything to us. So happy with the holiday deal she got for us an put us at ease as me an my partner have had some bad experiences with past holiday bookings. Will 100% rebook with her again. Thank you Claire

went into this store a few weeks ago to book a 5 star holiday. The advisor wasnt very helpful at all and didnt seem bothered about me booking this so much so i went and booked else where with a different company. A few times i have also seen the staff smoking outside the shop in their uniforms which i find very unproffesional and completely put me off going into the shop smelling them smell like stale ciggies. Based on the service and the overall attitude and behaviours of these staff its safe to say i wont be booking TUI again.
