It's hard to find words that can do justice to the staff who work for Trailfinders. My wife and I have used this company for many years, we have travelled all over the world, we have been close to great freaks of nature from time to time during our stays. You would always get a phone call asking ( is all well, do you need any help) now that's what I would call service Mr Trailfinder yes you, you seem to have staff who always seem to be bright and friendly, they dont seemt to have an off day. A big thank you to you all. You are a credit to trailfinders. Would I recommend using Trailfinders A BIG YES .

Just wanted to put on record our extreme gratitude for the calm, reassuring and professional way that Mike sorted out flights home from Japan for my husband and I. We were due to move on to New Zealand and without him we would have been panicking. I have never been so relieved to hear someone's voice on the other end of a phone line!
