Lovely staff at this branch. They’re friendly and efficient. I’m very happy with the service they provide

Only 2 cashier's on at peak times. If one gets tied up with a problem you could be queing for a while.

Very poor service especially when answering the phone. Thank goodness that my main accounts are held at Nationwide.

going to change banks cant get money out of 1 account the card wont work i have made loads of phone calls each 1 lasting nearly an hour to get through and still nothing its disgusting
