Recently refurbished. Excellent facilities. Easy to book and how lovely to be able to enjoy spa facilities like sauna and steam room to oneself! 1 positive of covid. Recommend. The joining fee stinks a little but once you are over that hurdle it is pretty decent value.

This place is my heaven! No joke. I'm a very anxious person and have recently been having panic attacks - especially at re-normalising with other people. I have been swimming daily and everyone here has been so great with me and letting me know the sessions with the least amount of people so I'm not overwhelmed by it all. Fab disabled access all round - I can bring my crutches right up to the pool steps and in the steam and sauna with me so don't be afraid you can't get around. The pool area is cleaned and excess water got rid of during each swim session so it isn't overly slippery if you're unsteady on your feet. I love the 'in a barn' feeling you get in the pool with the wooden interior and being able to see out to the gardens gives you something to break the focus up of lap after lap. Can't comment on the gym. I literally want to live at the park here. Ideal - can walk the dogs in lovely woodland, food and drink right on site and can get my beloved swimming in. We've all had a rotten 2020 and I felt for the guys here so much when we were open, closed, open, closed just as they'd spent so much on doing the place up - and it shows - the place is quality throughout. All the staff are utterly lovely and so helpful. I imagine I've been a bit of a nightmare this week with my anxiety and they've been super kind and helpful. Big shouts of thanks to Ash, Harry, Jake and Nathan who have all been lovely replying to my mad emails. If you're looking for somewhere to swim in a lovely surrounding area, with terrific people that are warm and helpful and kind - things we all need after/during covid times - then this is it. Honestly if I could live on site I genuinely would in a heartbeat. Thanks you guys. You're all stars ✨ 🌟 x
