Staff have been brilliant, and it's great for the whole family. My youngest son (5) loves the play area, the pools, and the hot chocolate, whilst my oldest son (9) has loved the chance to start tennis. My wife makes the most of the brilliant PTs and I can't fault the facilities or the staff when I go for a gym and swim on my own. The family sessions are also great, and myself and my oldest, really enjoy the 360 Synergy class together. Not the cheapest Gym in Norwich, but I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing evening by pool and in the sauna. The only club where you don't need to book slot to use the sauna! The pool is hot 🔥. And sauna is 80°C. They have steam room too. This was my first time, but I loved it.

It feels as though the maintenance of this club is an ongoing issue and almost everytime we visit something is not quite right. From pools and heating system not working, showers being broken and fixed for days, kitchen being closed, towels unavailable. We love the club and have had many lovely times swimming and relaxing at the cafe. It would be good if we could be more confident that everytime we visit things will work properly. The app developed to order food at the cafe with the press of few buttons has taken away the pleasure of having a normal meal with a proper table service and some human interaction with the always super friendly staff. Might have been a good idea during covid restrictions but not any more!
