Dear Managers@ Amey & Company I really do now think that the softly softly and kindly approach to you people is an utter waste of time. Please take a look at this appalling picture that I have had look at now for 5 weeks. First of all it took over seven months to come and remove the leaning lamppost that was hit by a Stobart Truck in late April of this year in the Village of Sale Moor, Cheshire. I have sent numerous emails to Councillor Mike Freeman and he has been promised this to be resolved by the end of last week. The state it has been left with is astoundingly against all Highway regulations for Health & Safety and it is a danger to not only my customers but to everyone. The new Lamppost does not even look as if it secured and there are electrical wires all over the place. I was told that you had overlooked this, so far you are continuing to overlook this mess of what I would consider a simple job that should been concluded 6 months ago. Now we are all stuck with this eyesore for goodness knows how much longer. How on earth does your management work, who at Trafford MBC appointed such an incompetent and irresponsible outfit like yours. How can you call yourselves the custodians of our walkways and Highways in Trafford when a simple Lamp post replacement which you are not even paying for (Stobart Paying) takes 8 months and is still not concluded. I am posting this email on the Trust Pilot and Google as I do want the World to see that we are living as if we are a penniless Borough in poverty. I am ashamed of having this outside my shop. Are you waiting for the whole thing to collapse and harm someone innocent? Get it done by close of play on Monday 17th December 2018 once and for all. Send down all your team before someone is injured. I will review this again at close of Play on Monday if it has been done or not.

Made a complaint about there being no transparency in the way Trafford council issue of licences, councils are not to make a profit from licences, Which Trafford council clearly makes a profit, by there own admission in a previous freedom of information request, And after a recent article in the M.E.N about no transparency and an over spend of some 7 million pounds, Trafford council said that, two people have walked from there jobs, because of the overspend, I'm wondering about the person /person's responsible, Because they have walked, would they be getting a pension from the council, Or return to work, within the council at a later date.? There a devious bunch at this council, Its good not all council's are the same.! !!!!Corruption top to bottom !!!!

The Customer service is shocking in the Parking Permits Department. I am requesting for a permit for my car and where I live in the zone B area. I have provided all my documents to them still saying my middle don't show on the documents. This a very poor and the way they treat customers. I hope this service can get better and with good staff that actually care about there customer I will also share this on all social media platforms.

Has Trafford Council Managment team ever taken the time to see if they can get in contact with the council tax department by phone?...I have tried on numerous occasions to contact you by phone, but all I get is (We are exceptionally busy and can't take your call)!,and then cut me off!. This has happened so many times surely it's not just bad timing on my part. I feel sorry for the older generation who can't use the Internet and have to rely on the telephone service!, it's a hopeless service and needs addressing ASAP.

Trafford Council Tax team have increased my council tax by from £75 (singles person) to £130+ for absolutely no reason at all. They said because I haven’t replied to a letter posted from a 3rd party company acting on their behalf, they’ve decided without notifying me electronically (which I specifically asked for) to increase my council tax without warning or clear reason or contact, because I might or might not have people living with me? No email, no phone, no text. Though they have all my electronic information. Trafford need to fresh overhaul of their systems and staff to bring them in line with 2020 expectations.
