Excellent service – Polite and professions staff

5.0/ 5

My Father in Law died in Pakistan and we we desperate to get the Visa’s for my 1 and 3 year old daughters. The staff at Gerry’s were very helpful (particularly Marrium) and helped to complete the forms and even got change for the photocopiers. The Pakistan Consulate staff were typically non co-operative, docile and rude – but Gerry’s service was brilliant – very understanding and supportive in a difficult time.

Quick and easy process. Can’t complain. Dropped passports and documents off on a Saturday, paid the fee (you have to pay cash), signed some documents, took about 5 mins. The guy behind the counter said it would take 5-20 working days. 5 working days later I got a text to say my passport was ready for collection, so I collected it the following Saturday. Collection took 2 mins, I checked the dates on the visa and that the passport number matched and then left. I was without my passport for 7 days in total, Saturday to Saturday.
