My 87 year old Mum had to go for a passport interview this weekend, She is very unsteady on her feet and has limited mobility. However, I feel the need to praise all the staff who assisted us both in getting her into the building , in particular the Security Staff, who helped make what could have been a difficult experience for her into a pleasurable one. She'll tell this story for months now. Thanks Guys !!!

Park at one of media cities car parks, there is zero parking at the Passport office. Passport office security guys are basically npc's, rude and blank faced guys, don't even try humour, they are dead inside. The interviewer on the other hand was very pleasant and the interview was more of a conversation than questioning

If you want to know your worth park on this road.....The fines are eye watering......You would think that a parking facility for the users of this place would be available....NO CHANCE.....Drop in by parachute....possibly the safest option. You have to admit the government know how to do things right....NOT....!!!!

As a rule, they mock people. Was there in March. The weather was terrible. Around zero and a strong wind. But we had to stand for half an hour and wait for them to open the door. In May, I had the appointed meeting for the report and could not appear on that day. I called to inform them about this, but the woman on the phone was rude and inadequate. She began to threaten that the police would break into my home if I did not show up on the appointed day, although the other worker rearranged the day without problems. In August I appeared at the appointed time and found a giant line. I stood out almost 3 hours in the queue and I even had to cancel the scheduled meeting. There was only one window working, despite the fact that this is a weekday. Unfortunately, people with power sooner or later lose all human!
