I love Tradepoint. This is the scheme where B&Q reward builders by letting them buy products at reduced prices where they would normally charge a regular punter full price. This does not impress me at all. I am now an ex B&Q (& Wickes) customer because of this & their dreadful shower returns policy. If you try to install a shower & it doesn't work they will not refund or replace. What they will do is to tell you to co ntact the supplier who will send round an engineer within 5 - days! Yeah Right! B&Q are just a bunch of crooks. If you spend money here you risk getting a crock of sh**e!
