5/ 5

From start to finish Tracey made a very distressing time much less stressful. Her attention to detail is second to none, and her drive to get the absolute best outcome for you is relentless. Without the skills Tracey and her team exhibit, I am sure I would be in a very different position to where I am now. She is friendly and approachable but also extremely tough when needed. I can't thank her enough for getting me through my divorce.

5/ 5

Nobody plans for divorce so I really did need legal support to guide me through a long and difficult one - I was glad I went through Tracey Miller Family Law. Although all of the Tracey Miller personnel I encountered were polite and friendly, the overwhelming majority of my dealings were with my solicitor Rebecca Finnegan. Rebecca was hugely helpful. In particular, I would like to mention her empathy and keen listening skills. Divorce is a difficult thing to talk about, and I sometimes struggled to express myself, but Rebecca never rushed me, or put words in my mouth, and always seemed to be able to pull out the key points I was trying to make, without making me repeat myself. Her letters and reports, which would be sent to me for review before sending to third parties, were always very clear and concise summaries of our discussions, needing little or no amends - this was a refreshing change from other companies I have had dealings with. Finally, I would like to mention that the way divorce law ACTUALLY works can be very different from how you EXPECT it to work. Whenever there was a mismatch between my expectations and legal reality, Rebecca was very good at managing my expectations and explaining why things are the way they are and how best to work around it. This was also very helpful.
