Very disappointed with Mr Howard Norman. Sent three emails requesting information from a client of theirs and while I received a one line response from him in receipt of my first email, for the other two I have received nothing. It would be good manners at least to inform me that he received the mails. Tried calling him and to date no answer. Mr Normal please contact me at the contact details shown on my emails please. Mark Gilbertson handled the sale and purchase for us. Our buyers solicitor was not the most forthcoming with details but Mark kept me informed all the way through. When I called, if he wasn't available he always called back. Couldn't fault the service we received and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I used Black Norman a few years ago for financial services ... rang the office today for copies of the invoices... was told pay £60 for them to look for them, although they couldn’t guarantee they would find them! £60 for possibly nothing then!!! I have contacted 3 other firms used at the same time and got the information I needed with no problem and for free! Questioned the £60 fee and the phone was abruptly put down on me !!! My advice .... AVOID THIS FIRM at all costs, if I could have put no stars , I would have... Totally unprofessional
