The towers has a new lovely outdoor dining/drinks area, we didn't use it today as it was a little bit chilly. But we will be definitely be going back to have a few drinks in the sunshine. We had the lunchtime menu, Excellent value and the food was amazing. I do think the soft drinks are over priced..... but the lunchtime menu prices are reasonable....so I shouldn't grumble. The staff were very polite, welcoming and friendly.

We stayed in the Towers Hotel and Spa Apartments! We were blown away with the facilities in the apartment and at the hotel. The apartment was so spacious with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living room. Ideal for a family of 5 to 6 members. The place was so clean tidy and use of garden and drive space was great! The pool and breakfast again was brilliant..all staff were polite and super helpful. Highly recommended!!!

We were gifted an overnight treatment package for our wedding day. We were immediately upgraded and received a complimentary house rose. The room was immaculate, spacious and romantic. It was stunning. The food was adequate. Plenty of choice and the restaurant area was very nice. All of the staff we encountered were polite, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The only down fall was the pool booking. Because we weren't part of a spa day package, we were unable to use the changing facilities or the pool loungers. We had to change, after using the pool, outside the changing areas where we were right in the way of the other users. The pool itself was again clean and warm with lovely decor. The treatments we received were amazing and our therapist was fantastic. Had we known we couldn't use the changing facilities we would have forgone the use of the pool. Nevertheless it didn't ruin what was an absolutely wonderful stay. We will definitely be staying again!

Had a FAB stay last week at this hotel 🏩. We booked a superior room. It was clean spacious and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff made us feel really welcome. They were so attentive and helpful. Always had a smile.. Especially Nicola and Carol. And a young man who worked in the kitchen named Dylan, he was so helpful. He even walked us to the bus stop and gave us the time table. All 3 staff excellent customer service. We paid for half board. Make sure if you stay half board that you ask for the full menu otherwise you will be given a menu with just 5 different meals which happened to us on the first night, which was disappointing. Apart from that incident we were really impressed with our stay. Swimming pool and jacuzzi fab

Staff were all really great. Steak was overcooked but really nice, no one else in our party if 7 had their food wrong so it is likely just being misheard. The facilities are pretty good, unfortunately the robes for the spa were small but the staff there were able to find one that fit. The floor in the conservatory by the pool is super slippery in the slippers or barefoot so be careful if you go out there. Also you need a £1 coin for the lockers for the pool.
