Tarren is an incredibly thorough massage therapist who clearly loves her profession. She takes the time to understand your context, areas of focus and provides instruction for follow up stretching that can assist you at home. Her treatment space is inviting and calming. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the cupping therapy! Tarren creates such a lovely, relaxing environment and personalised the treatment for my body. I had a combination of remedial massage and cupping therapy, which relieved tension I’d been living with for months! Honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had.

Tarren is absolutely amazing at what she does - not only does she create a really grounding and nurturing space but she intuitively finds trigger points that no one else I’ve seen ever has. After just one appointment, I walked out feeling more mobile than I have in 12 months. I particularly love that one of her offers is a mix of remedial and relaxation therapy which is perfect for me. I am so grateful to have found her!
