I have been receiving physiotherapy from Dominic Vaughan at TOPS physio for the past four months. I was almost ready to give up all hope of running again after a sports injury to my knee. Dom has been absolutely brilliant in looking for subtle clues on the clinical examination, setting realistic rehab exercise goals and switching to online consultations when necessary. TOPS as a practice was also great in communicating with me and I was pleased to be able to book my appointments online. I can highly recommend using their service - it has made a tremendous difference in helping me get back to doing the sport that I love!

Jess was brilliant. She quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me the appropriate exercises, which she kindly demonstrated and followed up with an email. She was friendly, empathetic and efficient. I have no hesitation in heartedly recommending her.

Disappointed with the treatment in the follow up session. Session started 5 min late and the therapist rushed through the last few minutes saying she had another appointment. Spoke to me for 15/25 min of session and didn't really help. Despite telling her that I was struggling with pain and couldn't afford regular sessions, she hardly taught me exercise.

The physios at TOPS always get me moving again quickly after I've managed to damage some or other part of me. They are more than happy to talk to me about my injury, explaining why it happened and how to stop it happening again. I recommend them highly because they offer a friendly and professional service that is hard to beat.
