2/ 5

Service at their Oxford store used to be excellent and I always preferred to buy items in store for that reason as the online service had serious problems with stock updates in last two years however what a a difference a lockdown makes! The team at the store has changed and the replacement staff is just not as well trained now. I had two dresses ordered online which I wanted to exchange for different sizes so I had to do it in store because of the use of one-time discount code. The first assistant was inexperienced & it took more than 10min just to return the two dresses and then I was told that the size I wanted was not in stock! I check online and see that the dress is in stock so I return in store and ask them to try re-ordering with discount again. This time it allegedly works and the assistant reconfirms the size and colour with me and orders it. I get back home to receive an email confirming order in wrong colour! I return to store again to be told that it is definitely in navy, not black, and that the email is wrong. The assistant was in such a rush to leave work that she told me she couldn't talk to customer service to sort this out as it was closed (at 3.15pm !?) and that I'll have to sort it out myself. I emailed CS and they confirmed she ordered the wrong dress so I will have to go and collect the order and then return it again. What a waste of time and drop in quality of service! On the up side, the online CS has improved considerably and now reply in just a couple of hours - it will be online from now on for me!

The Movement Studio is situated under Sweaty Betty - Alexa and Ajaye hold a range of classes; lifting, strength, mobility and yoga. Small numbers, spotlessly clean, great range A* trainers who know how to get results, all ages and abilities welcomed. Safe area for storing jackets and bags, refreshments available at small charge.
