Been wanting to try the salt caves for a while. Attended the salt therapy session for approx 45 minutes in a group of 3. It was very relaxing and calming. I feel I would see more effects for skin or respiratory with more visits, but in my experience, it definitely eased my stress and I slept a lot better overnight. Staff present were very friendly and when I booked they were also great service. Hope to attend again soon!
