This is a wonderful discovery for me. The double combo of infrared sauna followed by a float is the ultimate calming and relaxing experience. I have found my days to be easier, my sleep to be deeper and my body to be in greater harmony since I began coming to City Cave. Ultimately, it’s a wellness experience par-excellence. There is nothing that compares to floating. Your mind will truly thank you for it. I regularly visit and it now makes up an integral and important part of each week for me. So, so good.

The best relaxing experience from the start to finish. The staff were really accommodating and nice. The floating therapy....60 minutes of nothingness - no stress, no thinking, no pressure...just relax and float away.

What a wonderful addition to Taylor square. My experience was completely unexpected. You float in super salty warm pools in complete darkness. You feel amazing after and I will be going back soon.
