Toni & Guy is the real designer hair experience. The salon is highly professional and it feels very luxurious being pampered in there! I had my hair coloured by Josh who helped me get my hair looking amazing, he was great . Really happy with the results and felt really relaxed having a chat. They also have student discounts and some promotions for new customers.

Been to Bath Toni & Guy twice. The first time was to have my roots coloured, or done, but the hairdresser did not do the front if my hair and said she would do it the next time I came in, but did not! Second time was hair extensions, tapes, which is supposed to be the best way to have hair extensions. After one week one extension broke off, two weeks and another broke off. Obviously I had them taken out ASAP the manager was not there and neither was the hairdresser that put the extensions in!! Very poor, one of the worst experiences. I will not be going back there!!!!

I came to Toni and Guy with, what I thought was an irreversible bleach mishap, thankfully Sarah completely understood what I wanted and got it exactly right, first time! So glad to have finally found a hairdresser in Bath who really understands what I'm after!

Went in for a full head of full highlights, the lady who did them really took her time with me and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the colour faded instantly after two washes and the highlights remaining were pretty wide apart. Came back in for a consultation to see what I could do to make it more permanent and was offered a complimentary toner session by the same lady. When I came in, I had a different lady who did my hair. After explaining why I was there, the first thing she said was that she wouldn't dry my hair and I'd have to do it myself and just generally made the whole experience unpleasant. Walked home with semi dried hair. Waste of nearly £170.

I wish I could say I am happy with the results, but it’s a real struggle. I’ll list the pros first: 1. I went there with overtoned ends which I no longer have, but that’s mainly because they were fully trimmed off. The haircut is really nice, it was a male hairstylist who did it for me. I hope I’m not wrong, his name must have been Josh. 2. My hair wasn’t in its best condition and I didn’t leave with it more burnt that I went with, which tends to be rather uncommon these days. Now the cons :( : 1. I decided to make the investment because I was promised a softer blend between my darker roots and the rest of the hair. Something low-maintanance so I can grow my hair longer and colour it more rarely to let it recover from so much bleaching. I showed pictures of dark beige balayages. Yet the only difference I can see between my bleach blonde patchy hair I went with and the one I have now is the fact that I was added more bleach to some of my roots which my friends and family said looks as if I’ve got white hairs. I keep on wondering why we could not add any more colour to the hair after we bleached it. I know that my stylist instructed the apprentice who washed my hair to add a toner. However, I found it very strange that she only applied the toner as a shampoo and rinsed it straight after. I always thought the toner should be on for at least a few minutes. So I mostly have the same colour as before, just slightly less patchy although some orange shades came through again after the first time I washed it. All in all I’m just £220 poorer, I have some blonde hairs at my roots that make me look older, and shorter hair. I lost my hope and my confidence levels. Nothing personal really, all staff was lovely.
