Had my hair done last Friday, our aim was to lighten the ends to blend with my roots whilst growing my natural colour out, I was over the moon with the result exactly how I’d hoped it would be the staff were lovely especially my stylist Roxanne. Coffee was a added bonus too!! Highly recommend.

Booked in for cut and highlights. Stylist clearly didn't listen to what I wanted. Whole thing took over 3 hours, most of which I was left at the sink. Highlights were awful and just made me look grey and ruined my hair's condition. Cut was awful and the style was terrible. Had to go home and do own highlights and book into another Hairdresser for a cut. All this cost me a fortune. Avoid if you value your look and hair! Update 3 April 2019: Thanks for the response from Reflections asking for me to get in touch following my poor experience. Sadly I originally posted this review 5 years ago (in March 2014), so it's a tad too late.

Clean freindly salon, everyone was professional and welcoming. Had my hair cut and blow dried by a stylist called Kate who was amazing! My hair feels and looks amazing!

Had my hair done at reflections, Amy worked miracles with my black/brown hair, Amy started the process back to blonde and made me feel very comfortable, welcoming into the salon and I felt very comfortable trusting Amy to do my hair. Would 100% recommend getting your hair done here!! Will be returning in a few months.
