Initially REALLY impressed with the showroom - came recommended by our builder. However claims of having lots of stock in-store count for NOTHING: just as we were about to place an orrder for several Shaker doors as part of major rebuild it transpired that ALL of the 21 in stock were reserved and no no new stock was scheduled for over a month and a half! End results: we went with a competitor (Doors of Distinction) who WAS able to delivery.

I had got my internal doors from here which I'm happy with. Just called them now for external doors as I've recently had an attempted break in. I was going to get a chew on what options I would have for external doors and secure doors at that. The lady on the phone said that they only do oak doors. I then asked why only oak doors - I was expecting a reason other than 'no reason we just only sell oak doors'. I then asked how are oak doors in terms of security. She replied - "we don't know" and then she said "there is no reason for us to test the doors for security so there is no way for us to know". Wow!

Good choice of quality doors at sizes most other stores can't make.

Courteous, knowledgeable service. Delivery gentlemen was very accommodating. All my door and door furniture needs met under one roof.

Variety of internal and external doors options. Problem is that they do not provide installation services and require you to contract 3rd parties for that. So as a whole cost goes to same as with any other vendor who offers fully packages door installations.

Todd doors are great with choices at reasonable prices. Always friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Scott the store manager who has been more than helpful, patient and providing right advices. Whilst in the middle of a major house renovation project, Scott has made this very smooth. Way to go! Certainly recommend Todd Doors.

Have just brought my first home and didn't even think about a new door would be needed. So when this come up urgently, I was recommended to take a visit. So glad I did. Was painless, got left alone to take a look around and was then approached by Scott.P who offered advice before we sat down to go over the details. He Answered everything in detail and advised without the hard selling. All the guys seem to be helpful. Very happy with the visit and recommend Scott if you need help and will be visiting again when changing the internal doors
