I'm having personalised training sessions with Tom and my review is written from that perspective - Tom offers a great tailored service to his clients. He really motivates you to achieve the best you can, he's relaxed, easy to work alongside and shows you respect no matter what your fitness level. I fully recommend him and his gym.
