An acceptable gym, lots of shiny kit, less emphasis on clients' needs. Focus on gym work for body shaping rather than for health across the age demographic. Swimming pool needs to be kept cleaner, though the issues of hygiene arise in the users' behaviours rather than staff's actions.

Incredible bad service, not helpfully at all. I was there with my teen kids as we visit the city from Danmark and we couldn’t use the gym without an introduction, which it is ok. However, when we show up for the agreed introduction nobody there will help us and the manager asks us to come back again the next afternoon - for the second time, so we weren’t allow to use the gym.

I love this gym. The staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about their members. They are encouraging without making you feel pressured. There is a great weights section, loads of cardio and the best spinning instructor out there (we love you Tony) check out their amazing new grit class on Wednesday! I genuinely consider this my happy place!

Difficult to get a booking then there's 4 families in the pool. All made to get out at the same time so the cold showers were rammed. That with a cold gale blowing through put us off going back. I wish Oxford had decent pools

Never answer the phone. Great instructors but the worst customer service. I don't even know why they have front desk people if they provide zero support.

We made a booking through Mark at 11.20am on 28th Oct for basketball court, he told us to come later in the afternoon and we can pay for it. Later when we arrived at 5pm for our booking, Josh told us that is not the case and we don’t have a booking in place. We paid £9 in parking charges just realise we don't have any bookings in place and we need to pay initially when we spoke to them on the phone, just come disarray of management and communication. No compensation or refund for parking tickets either. Absolutely neglecting customer service, I will never ever recommend this place. I’m going to launch a formal complaint soon.

Fantastic gym. Lovely and friendly staff, a really good selection of machines and weights and great spinning classes on a Saturday morning!
