Brilliant gym, lovely free weights section but could do with some more benches as it often is full.

Took money from my account after I'd cancelled my membership, as COVID was approaching, said they wouldn't give it back to me even though it was their error. Not a good look considering many are struggling in 2020.

Rip off. Gym and facilities are great but workers are usually unfriendly (especially the older male receptionist) except the personal trainers, and price is ridiculous for what you get. Go to buzz if you can.

If I could give no stars I would. I was a member and this place is a rip off. The facilities are awful. Sauna, steam never hot and rarely working. I got shouted out for being in the pool when there was a pool class on even though there were free lanes. My daughter was verbally abused on many occasion and an adult through an inflatable at her. That was the final straw. The people here are arrogant, stuck up and rude. You can't use the facilities at a certain times of the day because of the private school it's attached to. For the amount of money they charge it does not meet the standards you would expect.
