It is a little pricier than other options but really pleased with the service. I returned with a little chip and they managed to get it repaired for just 45quid. This is the second time ive used thrifty and happy both times

Tried to book a car with them what a waste of time. Website wouldn’t take my payment so phoned them and they didn’t seen interested at all instead of trying to take payment just kept going on about update browser and correct name and address. Went with Hertz instead booking and payment went through first time without a problem. Wouldn’t use these jokers again.

This car rental company and staff are simply the best. I have rented from other car rental companies in Liverpool on several occasions and never have received service like this. Chantel is an absolute credit to your company. She was so helpful throughout the rental and i am very pleased I found this place! I just wish more car rental companies had more Chantels because she is an absolute delight! Also thank you to warren for organising my rental over the phone! Best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Chantel went far above and beyond normal service expectations to work with us on a car return. We were driving from the Highlands of Scotland to Liverpool when we realized the Thrifty office closed earlier than expected and we would miss the return time and take us into a bank holiday weekend. Chantel took our call and after we explained our misunderstanding and dilemma, she offered to meet us at our hotel to process the return after normal business hours, which she did. When we arrived not only did she process the return but she also offered some pointers on Liverpool I can’t imagine renting from anywhere else. I just wish there were more Chantel’s

Got a courtesy car and when it broke down had a new one within a hour got to say it was half my fault

The absolute worst experience hiring a car with thrifty liverpool , blatant robbery ,extremel incompetence from the general manager and justin from head office has the same attitude they will steal ur money n then ignore you any good reviews on here are fake theyve deleted all the real reviews thats how dodgy this place is i would suggest never hiring a car from thrifty
