Since the merge of 3 Swans and 2 other practices, you seem to be waiting 3-4 weeks for an appointment. When you eventually get to see a Doctor there's nothing to complain about but it seems as though 90% of salisbury are fighting for appointments

Over fifty mins waiting and I have a problem with my heart changing roctors

All praise to the lovely new receptionist at Endless St. she managed a whole host of people yesterday with a range of needs and was polite and cheerful to everyone, without giving any signs of being busy or harassed. Thank you.

I appreciate all that the staff there are doing at surgery, the receptionist haven't got it easy with having to let people in physically, they are rushed off they're feet. Thank you for all you do for us, and all the moaning you take from patients. Went for booster covid jab, that was very well organised and everyone was very polite. Thanks again for all you do for us, your all very much appreciated.

Arrival process for booster poorly organised, long wait for a timed appointment. Appointment was incorrectly given as booster and flu, despite the fact that I had my flu jab weeks previously, also organised by the practice.
